Terms and Conditions of Using a Limousine Service and our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Luxury Limousine Solutions  By using the limousine service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the limousine service.

    Service

Luxury Limousine Solutions provides transportation services to passengers. The limousine service is provided by a third-party company, and the terms and conditions of that company apply to the use of the limousine service.

     Reservations

Reservations can be made by phone, email, or online. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the limousine service. Once confirmation is made, Half of the 3 hour minimum deposit is due.

     Cancellation

Cancellations must be made by E-mail at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will result in Loss of the 3 hour minimum Deposit. 

     Payment

Payment for the Remainder of the service must be made in full at the end of service. Luxury Limousine Solutions  accepts cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

     Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Passengers may not engage in any behavior that is illegal or disruptive. Passengers who violate this policy may be asked to leave the vehicle and may be subject to additional charges.

     Liability

Luxury Limousine Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injuries sustained during the use of the limousine service. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while using the limousine service.

     Indemnification

Passengers agree to indemnify and hold the limousine service harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of Luxury Limousine Solutions.

     Changes to Terms and Conditions

Luxury Limousine Solutions reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on North Shore Rolls Royce  Limousine Service's website.

     Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the limousine service is located.

     Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the passenger and the limousine service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
